When you first find out that you have an upcoming relocation to Moreno Valley California, one of your first decisions is whether to look at new homes in Moreno Valley California or existing homes in Moreno Valley California. You can also contract to have a home built to your specifications. While it may be tempting to build a new home from scratch, you have to factor in the stress of not having a permanent home during the months of construction. You may want to consider “spec” homes that builders have almost completed. This will give you the freedom to choose colors and styles, but will also enable you to move into your new home shortly after your relocation to Moreno Valley California. I have friends that lived in a 2 room efficiency motel for 5 ½ months (with 2 children and a dog!) while their home was being built. She told me that she would never do that again. She loved having a new home, but has decided that if she ever moves across country again, she will not subject her family to that experience again.

Moreno Valley is a city located in Riverside County, California. When the 2000 census figures were taken the city had a total population of 155,105 but according to an estimate on January 1, 2006, the population of Moreno Valley is about 174,565. A relatively young city, its rapid growth in the 1980s and the 2000s propelled it to its status as second-largest city in Riverside County by population, and one of the Inland Empire's population centers. Neighboring Riverside, California is the county seat and largest city in the county; the two cities are closely tied, sharing March Air Reserve Base, among other things. By 1990, Moreno Valley had exploded in population growth to become the second largest city in Riverside County with a population of over 118,000. Growth continued until about 1992. -- Source: Wikipedia.com
